HOW DOES IT WORK?
Trading in your old frames is simple. Head to our Trade-In form to fill in details of your glasses or sunglasses, and we’ll send you a free shipping label to your email. Once you post your old frames using the prepaid label, we’ll assess their condition and credit your account for you to spend on your next order. It’s a seamless way to trade in glasses for credit, allowing you to easily transition to eco-friendly glasses without any hassle.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD FRAMES?
If your frames are in good enough condition for resale, we put them through a thorough cleaning and refurbishment process and relist them on our Preloved Sunglasses section. This way, you can send old eyewear online and give someone else the opportunity to enjoy them. Additionally, we donate certain Trade-In prescription frames to Vision Aid Overseas – a charity dedicated to providing affordable eye care and glasses to those living in poverty. By donating old glasses, you’re helping to improve the vision and quality of life for individuals in need.
