DPD and courier via AirSure means that you can relax knowing that your products are in good care and are being handled by companies with years of experience in the service industry.

With our strict quality control checks and prompt notification service, you will be kept up to date on the status of your order from start to finish. Keeping you frequently updated lets us know which part of our service you are unhappy with, or what you would like to know more or less of. This is also helpful in the rare and unlikely event that your item is out of stock or discontinued, as we can swiftly offer you a suitable alternative for delivery in good time.

UK Delivery

With our headquarters located in London, it is quicker for us to ensure faster delivery and make sure we can assist as much as possible. Below is a list of the estimated delivery times on sunglasses and optical frames with and without prescriptions.

Sunglasses and optical frames without prescription: Up to 10 working days

Prescription glasses and sunglasses: Up to 14 working days

In the UK DPD is one of the most trusted and beloved courier companies, they provide the best possible service because they offer updates right to your mobile phone or email inbox, this is all topped off with 1 – hour delivery time slots. You also have the option of replying to their messages directly, this is especially helpful should you want to reschedule your delivery. The next working day delivery service is also popular amongst our UK customers, for offshore orders however, please allow 2 working days for delivery once the item has been dispatched. 

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DPD may leave your order with your neighbours. If you would like to reschedule, please give them notice ahead of time. You can also enter a work or home delivery address for your order; you have the control and freedom to choose what is more convenient for you. For security and authentication purposes a signature is required upon delivery.

EU & International Delivery

Maverick & Wolf deliver to addresses worldwide and are prepared to ship to both residential and work addresses. 

Please be advised: Once you have entered your delivery address, unfortunately it cannot be changed. This is because we have very strict fraudulent policies that not only help to protect our manufacturers and ourselves, but our customers as well. If you have accidentally entered your address please call Customer service as soon as possible on 0207 590 5506.


If you need your order to be delivered before a specific date, please contact us before placing an order. We will strive to do our best and arrange a date or time that is more suitable for you. Alternatively, we can hold your order at our London office until you’re ready for it to be sent out again.

Tracking for international and domestic customers is available not only through the courier company but also through your Maverick & Wolf account; simply log in to view. When your product leaves our London HQ, you will be notified of this via email. For our Air sure customers, you can track the status of your order by visiting your local postal service's website. Please note that the online tracking service may not be available for every country that we ship to. If you are having problems, please contact our customer service team as they will be glad to assist you.

It is important to be aware of any import duties or charges that may be applied in your respective countries, unfortunately we are not responsible for these and we encourage customers to be aware of the import procedures of their respective countries.
