1. Eligibility

1.1. The trade-in scheme is open to all customers, both new and returning Maverick and Wolf customers.

1.2. Trade-ins are only accepted on genuine designer eyewear brands as determined by the Maverick and Wolf Trade-In team.

2. Trade-In Process

2.1. Customers must complete the online or in-store trade in process.

2.2. The condition of the trade-in eyewear will be assessed by the Maverick and Wolf Trade-In team.

2.3. Trade-in value will be determined based on the condition, brand, and model of the eyewear.

3. Trade-In Value

3.1. The trade-in value will be applied as a discount on the purchase of new eyewear, both in store and online.

3.2. The trade-in value is non-negotiable and may vary at the discretion of the Maverick and Wolf Trade-In team.

3.3. Trade-in values are subject to change and final prices will be determined by the brand, condition and age of the eyewear.

4. Condition of Eyewear

4.1. Trade-in eyewear must be in a resalable condition, free from major damage, scratches, or functional defects.

4.2. Maverick and Wolf reserves the right to refuse any eyewear deemed unsuitable for trade-in and any items where frame conditions are not accurately and honestly disclosed. In this instance the customer must cover the expense of returning the item

5. Limitations

5.1. Trade-ins cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specified.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Trade-in eyewear is not eligible for return once the trade-in process is completed and credit has been issued..

6.2. New eyewear purchased with a trade-in may be subject to Maverick and Wolf’s standard return policy.

7. Liability

7.1. Maverick and Wolf is not responsible for any loss or damage to the trade-in eyewear once it has been accepted.

7.2. Customers acknowledge that by trading in their eyewear, they relinquish ownership and any rights associated with the item.

8. Amendments

8.1. Maverick and Wolf reserves the right to modify or terminate the trade-in scheme at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Continued participation in the trade-in scheme constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

9.2. Any disputes arising from this scheme will be handled in accordance with the relevant laws.
